Free reward offer guides

What to save when a reward is missing

A useful support request connects the offer you started with the milestone you completed. Keep a factual record and follow the support route shown on the platform or offerwall where you began. BearMoney cannot resolve offers completed on unrelated services.

Build a small evidence folder

Check the support window

Waiting periods and evidence rules vary. For an example of one platform’s process, see Freecash’s uncredited-offer guidance. Use your own provider’s current instructions to determine when and where to submit a claim.

A clear support message

“I started [offer name / ID] through [platform] on [date and time zone]. The terms required [milestone] by [deadline]. I completed it on [date]. My platform user ID is [ID] and advertiser ID is [ID]. The current status is [status]. I have attached the original terms and completion evidence. Could you review whether this completion qualifies?”

Remove unrelated personal details from material you submit, while keeping the originals privately. Do not edit progress values or invent dates. Use the provider’s private support form rather than posting account identifiers publicly.

Keep expectations realistic

Evidence helps an investigation; it does not guarantee a credit. Eligibility restrictions, missed deadlines and attribution problems may still affect the outcome. Keep the ticket number and follow the stated response process instead of opening duplicate requests.
