Missing reward support

Freecash ticket rejected? What to check next

A rejected support ticket usually means the completion could not be validated under the offer's tracking or eligibility rules. That does not tell you exactly what failed, so the useful next step is to compare the rejection with your original offer terms and evidence rather than immediately opening duplicate tickets.

BearMoney is independent and is not affiliated with Freecash. Freecash controls its own tickets, review process and final credit decisions.

Start with the reason shown in the ticket

Save the rejection message and ticket number. If the response gives a reason—tracking failure, prior install, VPN use, missed requirement, deadline, duplicate participation or another eligibility issue—compare it against what actually happened.

Do not alter screenshots or rewrite dates to make the claim fit. A clean timeline is much more useful than a larger pile of conflicting evidence.

Check whether your evidence proves the right thing

A screenshot that shows a game level is not always enough by itself. A strong claim connects four things:

If one of those links is missing, support may be unable to match your completion to the original tracked offer.

Common rejection problems to review

Previous install: many app offers require a first-time user or first install.

Tracking disabled: privacy, ad-tracking or browser settings may prevent attribution.

VPN or ad blocker: these can interfere with eligibility or tracking.

Device switching: later progress may not connect to the original click.

Wrong milestone: similar in-game levels or purchase requirements are easy to confuse.

Deadline missed: some offers count from the initial click or install, not from when you began actively playing.

Can a rejected ticket be reviewed again?

As of September 2026, Freecash's official support guidance says some rejected Exclusive Offer tickets may be looked at a second time. That does not mean every rejected ticket receives another review or that a second review will result in credit. Follow the option and timing shown in your own account rather than repeatedly creating new tickets.

How long does a ticket review take?

Freecash's current support article says manual ticket reviews are typically resolved within 15 days. Exact timing and eligibility can change, so use the status and instructions shown in your account as the source of truth. If yours still says Awaiting Support, see our Freecash pending-ticket timing guide.

If you believe the rejection is wrong

Organize the evidence before responding or using any available review path. A concise message should identify the ticket, offer, required milestone, completion date and the specific evidence that contradicts the rejection reason.

Example: “Ticket [number] for [offer] was rejected for [reason]. I started the offer on [date] and completed [exact milestone] on [date]. My player ID is [ID]. I have the original offer terms and an unedited screenshot showing the milestone. Could you confirm whether this evidence can be reviewed?”

Keep private information private. Never send passwords, login codes or full payment-card details.

What if there is no appeal option?

If the platform marks the decision final and provides no further review route, repeatedly opening new tickets is unlikely to help and may make the record harder to follow. Keep your evidence for your own records and use what you learned before starting another high-effort or high-spend offer.

Before your next offer, use our pre-offer tracking checklist and missing reward evidence checklist. If the task actually says paid or claimed but your usable balance never changed, that is a separate problem covered in our paid-but-balance-not-updated guide.
