Support ticket timing

How long does a Freecash support ticket take?

As of September 2026, Freecash's official support documentation says manual offer-ticket reviews are typically resolved within 15 days. That means a ticket being open for several days does not necessarily mean it has been ignored or denied.

BearMoney is independent and is not affiliated with Freecash. Ticket timing, review rules and decisions are controlled by Freecash and can change.

What the current ticket statuses mean

Freecash currently lists three main support-ticket statuses:

If your ticket still says Awaiting Support and you are inside the stated review window, the most useful thing to do is keep your evidence organized and avoid creating duplicate tickets for the same milestone.

Why can a ticket take up to 15 days?

Freecash says its team reviews submitted screenshots, checks tracking information received from offer partners and tries to validate whether the completion qualifies. That process can take longer than a normal chat-support question because the missing reward may involve data from an advertiser or tracking partner rather than only Freecash's own interface.

A long review time is frustrating, but it is different from an automatic rejection. The status shown in your account is the clearest indication of whether the ticket is still open.

Should you open another ticket while waiting?

Usually, no. Freecash's current rejected-ticket guidance says resubmitting the same issue can slow reviews. If you already have a ticket number for the missing reward, keep that number and follow the existing case unless support specifically tells you to submit a new one.

While you wait, save: the ticket number, original offer terms, reward amount, exact milestone, completion date, account/player ID and the unedited screenshots you submitted.

What if 15 days pass?

The 15-day figure is described by Freecash as the typical manual review window, not a guarantee that every case will be completed at exactly that time. If your ticket remains open beyond the window shown in your account, use the existing support route and refer to the existing ticket number rather than starting over from scratch.

Keep the message short: identify the ticket, say how long it has been awaiting review, and ask whether any additional information is required.

What if the ticket gets declined?

A decline means the review team could not approve the completion from the available tracking and evidence. Freecash says common reasons can include unconfirmed tracking, inconclusive evidence, prior-install or eligibility problems, VPN/ad-blocking issues, device switching, or system protection flags.

Some Freecash Exclusive Offer tickets may be looked at a second time, but Freecash says re-review is discretionary, not automatic and not something every user can request. See our rejected-ticket guide for what to check before responding.

What if your offer never tracked before the ticket?

If you are still before the ticket stage, use our offer-not-tracking checklist. If the task is marked paid or claimed but the amount is missing from your balance, use our paid-but-balance-not-updated guide instead.
