Missing reward help

Freecash says paid but your balance did not update?

If an offer or task looks completed, claimed, or paid but the money is not visible in your usable balance, first figure out which status you are actually seeing. A reward that is still pending is different from a task that is marked claimed or paid but appears missing from the balance.

BearMoney is independent and is not affiliated with Freecash. Freecash controls its own balances, holds, support tickets and payout decisions. This guide links to Freecash's current support information so you can verify the latest rules.

1. Check whether the reward is actually pending

Freecash says held offers appear as a pending balance rather than in the withdrawable balance. If the offer is marked Pending, the money has not been released yet. Freecash also says standard held offers cannot be manually released early and are paid automatically after the hold ends.

On mobile, Freecash says you can check an offer's status from your profile under Offers. If you see Pending, treat this as a hold rather than a missing paid reward.

2. If it is marked claimed or paid, refresh first

For its current claimable reward tasks, Freecash specifically advises refreshing the page or fully closing and reopening the app when a claimed reward does not appear immediately. It also recommends checking My Offers to confirm that the task is actually marked claimed.

This is a low-risk first step. Do not uninstall the game, switch devices, make another purchase, or repeat the task just to try to force the balance to update.

3. Compare the balance with your activity

Take screenshots of the task status and the balance before doing anything else. Record the approximate time you claimed or completed the reward. If Freecash shows an earnings or offer-history entry, save that too.

Useful evidence: offer name, exact task or milestone, reward amount, status shown, time claimed, current balance, player or account ID if relevant, and the original offer terms.

A clean before-and-after record is more useful than repeatedly refreshing for hours and then trying to remember what the balance was.

4. Do not confuse a held offer with a broken balance

Freecash's current held-offer documentation says held rewards stay in pending balance until checks are complete. It also says a chargeback rate above 10% can hold offers until the rate drops below that threshold. A pending reward with no release date can therefore be a hold rather than a balance-sync problem.

If the status is Pending, follow the hold information shown in your account. If the status is claimed or paid and the amount is still missing after a refresh and app restart, that is the point where documenting the mismatch matters.

5. Contact support with one clear mismatch

For claimed tasks whose amount still does not appear, Freecash's current support guidance for claimable rewards says to create a support ticket with the offer name and a screenshot of the task. Keep the request narrow: show the task as claimed or paid and show that the expected balance change is missing.

Do not edit screenshots, create duplicate claims, or include passwords, authentication codes or full payment-card information.

What if the offer never tracked at all?

That is a different problem. If no completion or reward status appeared, start with our Freecash offer not tracking checklist. If you already submitted a ticket and it was declined, see what to check after a rejected Freecash ticket.
