Reward offer troubleshooting

Freecash offer disappeared? Save this before you do anything else

If an offer you already started suddenly vanishes from Freecash, do not assume that your progress is either safe or lost. A disappearing listing and a milestone that failed to track are different problems. Your first job is to preserve enough evidence to show which offer you started, what its terms were and how far you got.

BearMoney is independent and is not affiliated with Freecash. Offer availability can change. This guide does not assume why a particular listing disappeared and does not promise that a removed offer will be credited.

First: do not restart the offer somewhere else

Before reinstalling the app, opening a different offer link, changing devices or starting the same game through another rewards platform, save your current state. Those actions can make an already-confusing attribution trail harder to explain.

Save now: screenshots of the offer or any history entry you still have, the advertised reward and milestone, your current in-game progress, player/game ID, Freecash ID, install or start date, completion date if applicable, and receipts for any required purchase.

Was the offer removed, or did tracking fail?

Use what you can still see to separate the two situations:

If you completed the milestone before it disappeared

Document the completion as a timeline, not just a single screenshot. A useful evidence packet shows the offer terms, the date you started, the deadline, the exact milestone reached, the date/time you reached it and an account or player ID that ties the progress to you.

If the offer page is already gone, look for legitimate records you still control: screenshots, browser history, email, app-store install history, game account screens and purchase receipts. Do not edit screenshots or recreate missing terms from memory and present them as originals.

If you were still working on the offer

A vanished listing does not by itself tell you whether later milestones will remain eligible. Before spending more money or hours, check any offer history/status page available to you and contact Freecash through its current support route for guidance on the specific offer. Keep the question narrow: identify the offer, say when you started it, state the milestone you are on and ask whether the already-started offer remains active for your account.

Avoid relying on another user's outcome as proof of what will happen to yours. Offer terms, regions, advertisers and account status can differ.

A clean support message is easier to review

Example structure: “I started [offer] on [date]. The terms I saved show [milestone] for [reward] by [deadline]. My player ID is [ID], and I reached [progress] on [date]. The offer is no longer visible in my account. I attached the original terms and current progress. Can you confirm the status of this already-started offer and whether this milestone is still eligible?”

Keep it factual. If a reward itself is missing, our missing-reward evidence checklist covers the supporting files worth collecting.

What not to do

Why this is worth documenting immediately

Recent community discussions in 2026 include users reporting offers disappearing after substantial progress, including a September discussion around a game offer that vanished for multiple participants. Community reports cannot establish why an individual offer disappeared, but they do show why preserving the original terms before a listing changes is useful.

For current platform-specific instructions, use Freecash's own support and Academy pages from your account because availability and support procedures can change.
